At Sri Asdhuj, we take utmost care in packaging and dispatching every order. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are accepted only under limited circumstances.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

A return or refund request will only be considered in cases where a completely wrong product has been delivered to the customer.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color or finish variations
  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Custom, handmade, or limited historical items
  • Damage caused after delivery

Reporting Timeline

Any issue regarding a wrong product delivery must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after this timeframe will not be entertained or considered eligible for review.

Internal Review & Final Decision

All return and refund requests are subject to our internal verification and review process.

The final decision regarding approval or rejection of any return, replacement, refund, or dispute solely lies with the Sri Asdhuj team and our internal policies.
