At Sri Asdhuj, we aim to dispatch all orders safely and efficiently while ensuring proper packaging and handling of every item.

1. Shipping Methods

Books, historical prints, and shastars are generally shipped through standard courier services.

For selected products and eligible locations, expedited shipping services may also be available. Customers can choose the available shipping option during checkout where applicable.

Shipping methods may vary depending on:

  • Courier service availability
  • Package dimensions and restrictions

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Books may take approximately 1–8 business days to be dispatched after successful order confirmation.

Certain handmade, customized, limited-edition, or high-demand products may require additional processing time.

For made-to-order products, the estimated production and dispatch timeline will be shared separately with the customer via email within 24 hours of placing the order.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines may take approximately 7–14 business days depending on destination and courier operations.

Expedited shipping timelines may vary based on courier availability and selected service.

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Delays & Uncontrolled Events

Sri Asdhuj reserves the right to delay shipment or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Political disturbances
  • Customs inspections
  • Courier disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • High order volume
  • Transportation limitations
  • Government regulations or restrictions

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that Sri Asdhuj is not strictly bound to completely follow estimated delivery timelines in such situations.

5. International Shipping & Customs

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs charges
  • Taxes
  • Clearance fees
  • Additional courier handling charges

The customer is solely responsible for paying any duties, customs fees, taxes, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities or courier partners.

Sri Asdhuj is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or additional charges imposed after shipment.

Customers are advised to check their local import regulations before placing orders involving restricted or regulated products.

6. Incorrect Deliveries & Issues

If a completely wrong product has been delivered, customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery along with proper photos/videos for verification.

Requests submitted after this period may not be entertained.

All disputes, returns, and refund decisions remain subject to Sri Asdhuj internal policies and verification procedures.
